Tối ngày 14/9/2026 (theo giờ địa phương), Lễ trao giải Primetime Emmy Awards lần thứ 78 đã chính thức diễn ra tại Nhà hát Peacock ở Los Angeles dưới sự dẫn dắt của nữ diễn viên Mariska Hargitay.
